EpiSpin Lock kit is a combined spinal epidural kit for paraspinal anaesthesia. This Pajunk kit allows for a single shot, atraumatic spinal anaesthesia with the Sprotte cannula and placement of an epidural catheter through a Tuohy cannula.
The EpiSpin Lock (CSE) kit includes a Tuohy needle with back eye, locking system, Sprotte needle (spinal needle), a and a closed tip catheter with 3 or 6 lateral eyes.

- Back eye allows for optimal positioning of the Sprotte needle, no bending and minimising needle tip damage. Spinal puncture needle extends max. 14mm

- Easily fixates Sprotte needle in desired position, marking on Sprotte indicates that Sprotte needle is exiting the back eye of the Tuohy needle.

- Sprotte ogive-shaped tip geometry creating an atraumatic cannula. (allowing practitioner to sense when they are penetrating tissues of varying density.)
- Metal stylet (removal creates a vacuum, allowing control of CSF fluid)
